BryTrex, LLC is the developer of Old Town Villas at Key West, a new construction project of 20 luxury town homes as well as the acquisition of three existing boat slips. The project entails the acquisition of 1.2 acres located in the “Old Town” area of Key West, between Duval Street and Key West Harbor. Each town home will be 2,697 square feet over four levels. The three boats slips are located at Conch Harbor Marina on Caroline Street about four blocks east of the property. Project was successfully developed and final units and boat slips were sold in 2020.
